\nTalk on fermentation and a great networking event<\/h4>\n

Since 2019, visitors can learn about the potential of fermentation with malted rice via the platform “Koji Akademia”. This time, our guest speaker will be Mr. Justin Potts, who regularly posts information about sake in and outside Japan.
\nIn addition, we will hold a great networking event, allowing people from various industries and professions to link with each other with the keyword “fermentation” through the HAKKO trip and deepen exchanges.<\/p>\n
