Visit to the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, Republic of Kenya

On March 20, Prof. Yamaguchi, Department of Science of Technology Innovation and Dr. Watari, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, visited the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, Republic of Kenya. The ministry implements projects related to water infrastructure in cooperation with Japanese governmental organizations, including JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Japanese companies. During our visit, we discussed our WISE Program, the program contents, and the necessary arrangements to dispatch overseas internship participants with Mr. Isaac D. Kimani (Head of Asia and Pacific Program).
