Remarks from the Seminar Secretariat
Next-generation mobility, including electric cars, is an important usage of root technology based on the fusion of materials science and power engineering, which is the focus of the WISE Program in our university. Dr. Hoshino from the National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology, a world-leading researcher in the procurement method of lithium resources for the popularization of large-sized lithium ion batteries for electric cars, is the invited speaker. This lecture aims to discover the forefront of research in the field and host a round-table discussion on the career paths of researchers based on his professional experience at a national research and development agency after earning his Doctorate in order to allow the audience to have a concrete image of their own career path as “professional of intelligence”.
