Manatunga Chamdima (Nakayama Lab),of the Graduate School of Excellence Program GD3 participated in an overseas development research internship on the topic “A Python-Based High-Voltage Engineering Virtual Laboratory Incorporating Multimodal AI and Digital Twin Technology for Engineering Education and Student Survey Evaluation.”

Mr. Manathunga Chandima (Nakayama Lab) of the Graduate School of Excellence Program GD3 participated in an overseas development research internship from March 1 to April 30, 2026, with the theme “A Python-Based High-Voltage Engineering Virtual Laboratory Incorporating Multimodal AI and Digital Twin Technology for Engineering Education and Student Survey Evaluation.” During the internship, he conducted Development of virtual laboratory and student Survey at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka under the supervision of Dr. Buddhika Amila. Through this experience, he learned how to apply virtual laboratory concepts to university education and conduct student survey evaluations.

卓越大学院プログラムGD3のマナトゥンガ・チャンディマさん（中山研究室）は、2026年3月1日から4月30日まで、「工学教育および学生アンケート評価のための、マルチモーダルAIおよびデジタルツイン技術を組み込んだPythonベース高電圧工学仮想実験室」をテーマとして、海外開発研究インターンシップを実施しました。 滞在中は、スリランカ・スリジャヤワルダナプラ大学において、Dr. Buddhika Amila の指導のもと、仮想実験室の開発および学生アンケート調査を実施しました。 この経験を通じて、大学教育への仮想実験室概念の応用方法および学生アンケート評価の実施方法を学びました。
